These Terms govern your use of the Five Pillars of Identity assessment, operated by Yannis Goldman Delaruelle. By using the assessment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Educational use only
The Five Pillars assessment is a self-reflection and educational tool. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or clinical advice, and it is not a diagnosis. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.
Your results & account
Results are generated from your own answers and are for your personal use. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses a link sent to your inbox. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the service — no attempting to disrupt it, access others’ data, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.
Intellectual property
The assessment, archetypes, written content, and design are owned by Yannis Goldman Delaruelle and may not be copied or redistributed for commercial use without permission. Your own result is yours to share.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the assessment.
